With a deep passion for nurturing the inherent capabilities of every child, our founder laid the foundation of fam-i, a premier behavior consulting firm dedicated to guiding children on their path to reaching their fullest potential. A committed and professional team that will get to know every child and family inside out. We take pride in how we connect with parents and support them. It doesn’t get more personal than parenting. The family as a unit, not just the child. We use modern teaching techniques and support positive parenting.

"Out of everything I do, the best part is being a mom and helping my kids grow. I love children of all ages and I’m passionate about helping them reach their full potential. Every child is different and it is our responsibility as adults to understand our children's specific and individual needs. My personal and professional goal is to help and guide other parents on that amazing journey with their own kids."
Salma received a masters degree in special education from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Her studies focused on ABA, positive behaviour support plans and functinal assessments, Work experience includes 20 years experience mostly in Canada and recently in Egypt as well. Salma has been supporting children and families in all environments. Working with the best schools and preschools in Egypt, as well as helping with the home environment and after school activities. She also is a professor at the AUC, the school of continuing education. Salma is also a mother of two.
